Tonya grew up right here in Livermore and has a definite local sense of real estate. She became an administrative assistant to a large commercial real estate company in 1979. Her duties were to work closely with the famous Kris Owens, commercial escrow officer for Chicago Title. Kris recruited Tonya in 1991 to join Chicago Title’s Commercial Division. Tonya’s high energy, attention to detail and extreme task management skills served her career well. In fact, she worked her way all the way up to managing the Albany branch within 5 years. She was a branch manager and Assistant Vice President for 10 years. Tonya’s skills range from residential, commercial, exchanging, probate, bankruptcy, foreclosure and basically all aspects of escrow. Tonya is best known for truly caring about her customers and she has a huge passion for service.
